No matter what you are going through, therapy can be beneficial to anyone. Therapy offers a chance to delve into patterns, experiences, or symptoms that have been impacting your daily life. In therapy we work together to discuss the why in behaviors.

Currently we are in network with Aetna, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross & Blue Shield (BCBS) of NJ, BCBC of Massachusetts, Oscar Health, Oxford, United Healthcare and Quest Behavioral Health and other major insurances.

Premarital counseling is not covered by medical insurance; however, we offer a sliding scale to make services more accessible for couples

For those wishing to not use insurance. Our fees start at $100 depending on the service. We do offer a sliding scale for those who have a financial need. We accept credit cards and PayPal. Please refer to our rates page or contact us for more information.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation or missed appointment fees, except in the case of emergencies.

Telehealth offers a safe and effective way to receive healthcare remotely. Telehealth may not be suitable for every clinical situation. We can help determine if telehealth is appropriate for your needs. Guidelines are in place to ensure the safety and quality of telehealth services. As clinicians we are expected to uphold the same standards of care and maintain the same level of privacy and confidentiality as they would during an in-person visit. (We conduct sessions from a private space using HIPPA compiant video)
